Re-carton the products you are returning along with any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation and your pack slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.
Products must be returned within 21 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on purchasing JLmarc'.
Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used by JLmarc'.
The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by JLmarc'.
For your convenience, a digital return mailing label will be emailed once return is approved by JLmarc” Returns Department
If you receive a JLmarc' package or product that appears damaged please contact our customer service department by email and provide additionally information to resolve any issues with your purchase.
